Acupuncture and Chinese medicine address underlying patterns unique to each individual, working at the root of imbalances that express as symptoms. I address the imbalances of the body and gently supports the body’s meridians (energy systems) to flow smoothly for optimal health. Care is compassionate and individualized at every visit.

This approach works not only the symptoms but also all aspects of your life. Supporting your nervous system, digestion, sleep, greater resilience to stress, and long-term vitality. Treatments integrate Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Moxa(heat therapy), Pelvic Steaming, Acupressure, Acutonics (sound therapy with tuning forks), Five Element nutrition, and lifestyle guidance to create balance that extends beyond the treatment room and into daily life.

I use a combination of the ancient healing wisdom from my studies and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine with my deeply intuitive healing skills to create a whole body, mind, and soul wellbeing experience.  

I am here to remind you that your body is a reflection of nature. You contain inner waters and tides that create ebbs and flows within you that are Influenced by the environment around you. My goal is to support you in returning home to yourself, to a more balanced you, one that flows freely with the ever changing inner dance of two vital life-force energies: Yin & Yang.
